I've recently made the switch from Red Hat Fedora to Mepis Linux, which, I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with, as this is the first time I have gotten sound of any kind, my thumbdrive, and winmodem working on my laptop under Linux. Anyway, it runs KDE by default. I tend to prefer Gnome a bit more. Fluxbox too. I'm new to any Debian-based distro, so apt-get is a new thing for me. What would be the easiest way of installing Gnome with apt-get? -- + David "Huertanix" Huerta + DeVry Linux User Group + http://www.devrylinux.org --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
