"Domain Hosting" means different things to different people. What
services are you looking for? Domain Parking? Full DNS? mail (POP?
IMAP? SMTP?)? HTTP? FTP? SSLw/the preceding few? others?

I can tell you that I'm using http://eniki.net/, $18/yr, includes DNS,
mail (POP/IMAP), HTTP, FTP, add-on domains, subdomains, ...

If anyone signs up with Eniki, please let them know who referred you.
