There is always Oracle. You can download a copy from http://otn.oracle.com/tech/linux/index.html Join the OTN and you are free to use the Database for non-commercial use, and development purposes. I am using it for school. I have both 8i and 9i. They are both "Full versions" and are 3 disks in size.
