Rod, Thank you for prompting me to get off my butt and track this down. It's been driving me nuts since I applied the lastest Pine RPM. I think this link addresses it http://www.washington.edu/pine/getpine/mbox.html I just tried the work around and will know in a few it that fixes it. I use Mozilla from a workstation at home and pine when I'm remote. It's bothered me that my mail keeps getting moved into $HOME/mbox. Suddenly, the spool is always empty, and Pine puts it in $USER/mbox, which is fine for Pine. But, this is horrible for being notified at the commandline from /usr/bin/mail about new incoming mail, and of course also for my web-mail interface. > > So does anyone know what I triggered by using pine? Some config file somewhere? Luckily, it is only me and not system-wide. I moved .pinerc, and am waiting to find out the results, although it seems that there should be a better solution than removing .pinerc. > > Thanks, > Rod > > --------------------------------------------------- > PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us > To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: > http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss > --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
