I'll say something.
I am in the process of learning PHP & PostgreSQL (at least that is what I want 
to do) and people have told me that google is my friend (it is yours also). I 
googled for some tutorials and found:

in the konqueror address bar type in 'gg:mysql tutorial' and see what happens.
