Both Mandrake 9.2 and Fedora have refused to make boot diskettes for me, saying that the necessary image for my system is too large to fit on a floppy. Any suggestions? Is there any way to write the image as a file on a hd and then burn it to a (bootable) CD? FWIW, at least Mandrake has an fd0 option in the "create a boot loader" section of the install. That works just great. Since that works, why does the !@#$%^! thing refuse to create a boot diskette both during install and afterwards, from the command line? -mj- --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
