Thanks for your reply... I found the D-Link hardware on the last day of the rebate, so I picked them up to test and see if they were any good. So far, the testing is not very promising, but I wanted to see what others have experiences. They are for both Windows and Debian (dual boot), and I did not have a chance to check the Linux hardware list to see if they were compatible. Thanks again! My experiences with D-link stuff has been pretty bad. Poor signal strength and quality, constant drop and refind of wireless networks. I've had better luck with the Linksys equipment and Orinoco for wireless networks. I like the Orinoco stuff the best because of the connector on the cards that lets you add an antenna or an amp/antenna combo. I'm guessing these are for Windows boxen as I don't see any support for them for Linux... --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss ---------------------------------------- My Inbox is protected by SPAMfighter 1515 spam mails have been blocked so far.
