I don't know what the "unrecognized token" is ... and (please forgive 
me for my lack of knowledge), but I don't know how to find out what it is. 

You said "I think a newer lilo tells you what the unrecognized token is ..." 
... but I have no idea how to get a "newer lilo" to do that.
