I had started with woody, and it was very messy. The new installer is great! A couple of points: 1. if you want to use cups for network printing, you have to apt-get cupsys. The cups daemon is not automatically loaded. 2. I also could not print from Mozilla because lpr is not installed. Apt-get cupsys-bsd and now Mozilla prints. 3. I seem to have a time problem - my hw clock is set to UTC, but I cannot get the display to show my local time. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate them!
