In the Gilbert area, we had a power outage overnight from ~03:40 until ~04:50 this morning. I can't nail the times down exactly, but I was awakened by my beeping UPS at 03:40. Unfortunately, it didn't have enough battery to last +1 hour. ;-) Looking through the logs this morning on a server that is not power protected, the last event I can pinpoint was at 03:30:01 (yes, it's time sync'd with ntpd from multiple stratum 2 sources). After the battery gave up, I unplugged the power supplies on all the boxen and went back to bed. I was groggy when the power came back, but it was around 04:50. I was awakened again, but this time by the DVD & Stereo that someone left on last night. The DVD restarted and the stereo was still at "theater volume" from the viewing last night :-). I turned off the stereo and stumbled back to bed without restarting the any computers. Thus, I don't have a good time on power return. :-( ...Kevin --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
