Someone at a small local church deleted some folders and files on a Win 98
box in error.

Then someone emptied the recycle bin.  8-(

Anyone know of a favorite utility that can recover these (especially at the
folder level)?

Recommendations please.  Free would be good but, Easy to use is better.
