CentOs 4 is an unbranded RHEL 4.0. It has a good active group behind it so fixes are released within a day or so of an offical redhat release. I'm about 1/2 way through upgrading several dozen servers to it and haven't run into any major problems whatsoever. The SELinux part takes a lot of getting used when it comes to dealing with Apache, but nothing that a little slight-of-hand can't fix.
