Primary first use will be hosting of plug.phoenix.az.us.  That may
improve to include a wiki or forums or other web-based communication medium.

We don't expect to host "foreign" projects or distros or anything like
that.  The co-lo offer does not include that kind of bandwidth.  Hosting
of "non-public" PLUG projects is not out of the question.

PLUG mailing lists could move to it but that is not planned.  We just
got an improved server for that.
