Does it use the mozilla plugin directory? if so then... ln -s \ /usr/java/j2re1.4.2_05/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin.oji.so \ /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins should handle it if that is the version of java you are using (which is as Ed has pointed out...rather old now).
