at the bottom of every email is a link to the 'listinfo' page where you
can unsubscribe yourself - if you don't remember your password, I will
assume you at least know your email address which you can enter and go
to subscriber options where it will send you your password.

I thought you've been using mail lists long enough to manage your own
subscriptions rather than relying upon administrators to clean up for
you and in the process set a bad example for others to follow.
