Personally, if you have a Postfix guide and it's setup now, I'd go with that. I have my home system setup with Postfix, MySQL, Squirrelmail, SpamAssassin and CourierIMAP (POP & IMAP) doing virtual hosting. At work, I use qmail with a virtual hosting setup. qmail is quite a bit more complex than Postfix, though they are both very powerful.
