I'll talk to Richard next weekend about it at Harvard's Free Culture Conference.  (Hmmm, I may be wrong, he's in Lisbon on the 23rd.)  RMS does quite a bit of traveling (see https://www.fsf.org/blogs/rms/) so it will take some planning.
