The DD-WRT admin panel has text fields for 128 MAC addresses.  It also 
has a nice feature where you can see a list of the currently active and 
inactive MAC addresses with just 1 click from the MAC filter list.

This is "DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) std - build 3932".
