I cannot find sites_enabled. I have a couple different domains with several different people accessing and uploading files to them. If it was just a single domain, I would just put everything in /var/www/html and /var/www/cgi-bin which are the defaults for Centos. There should be a file in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled that allows the directory to be viewed through the apache server.
