In the NSA Monitoring Center, there's a purple light labeled "The Bastards are 
Up To Something".  This purple light is usually on.  This doesn't worry the 
NSA.  When the light goes *off*, they get very worried, because that means 
not only are The Bastards up to something, they're hiding it very well.
