Thanks especially to Eric Cope and Bryan O'Neal for tipping
me about godaddy domain renewal promo codes.

As a result of investigating that, I got most of my domains extended out
to 2015 for $7.49/each -- a significant savings. Today is the last day for
the special promo rates, in case anyone else should be interested.
