The "new" UI is FUBAR. once in, you can navigate to the Inbox . Sounds
like you've been grandfathered in - and maybe consolidated. AFAIK The
rule was always, One gmail account=one gvoice number but if you had it
before Google bought the service they may have just left it. I have no
idea how you might admin the other number - if it still works.  If
your telecom is getting complicated, look into VoIP - cots will be
much lower, but not free.

Also - just general FYI - Do not take a Voice number to Google Fi -
you will loose it - the two services to not work together in any way -
don't even think about it - you will need separate gmail addresses if
you want to use both - just don't let one know about the other.
also - looks to me like Google Voice is on the ignore till dead
management track at Google
