I paid for a membership to kde.com in order to get full access to the
RPM database.  After the first week they messed up my account.  I
reported it, they fixed it, I went on vacation for a few weeks and when
I returned they were gone.

Maybe you can get them to fix it again :)  
I assume you have emails/etc proving you paid/etc right?
