I have looked at almost every FOSS POS package out there.. and
depending on what your requirements are one of them might be a good
base to start from. I am currently trying figure out what direction I
am going to go in.<br>

I can say this.. there is not ONE retail POS app that has caught the Linux world by storm yet.<br>
