1.)I _think_ I got all the mods out, and left them out, with the exception of the non standard port assignment (using 18080 to get around the ISP filtering). Everything appears to be configured correctly, but attemping to open any php file within Firefox (on the server itself) just asks if I want to open it and with what app or if I want to save it.
