I was having trouble with a machine I upgraded and found a solution.  Unfortunately, that machine has no video card at the moment so I can&#39;t check for events/0.  But the problem  did have to do with some sluggishness and intermittent wireless connectivity and it was also using a rt2500 like in that bug report.  I can&#39;t find the reference I found before but here is another though it lists no solution:<br>
