Yes, I love how they take what we have been essentially been doing for years and readdress it as "current cutting edge technoloogyl"

I particularly like the vertical virtualization model. This is essentially what we're doing at the VMware Server Installfests, only we're using IPCop instead of Vyatta.

I'll be looking closer at Vyatta (debian based) and pfSense (FreeBSD based) as virtual networking servers in the future, probably when IPCop (LFS based) v2 becomes stable. I think that all 3 products are viable.

How astute! In corporate terms from product inception to sale is based on the bottom line, however with FOSS, it's a simple matter of "does it work"?
