Michael has done something very beneficial for this email list. His sometimes simple and sometimes very basic questions have triggered a LOT of useful information that is good for Linux beginners. And sometimes the threads he starts go pretty deep and interesting, with scripts and other useful examples.
I put him on auto delete then I do not have to read his junk.Joe

Seriously dude. Do you actually know how to troubleshoot problems yourself?
Your inability to help yourself is hilarious at one point and makes me want to
slash my wrists at the other.

I screwed up., I deleted files from my camera's sd card. I deleted them
from the camera not on the computer so I'm pretty sure I can restore
them. How do I undelete them? I've looked for the computer's card reader so
I can look at the card but it isn't under neither /media nor /mnt . There
is a link to the drive on the desktop but nothing appears after clicking
on it. I( know there4e are still things on it that haven't been deleted
because when I put it in the camera I deleted the photos on I can see four
of the photos; however, if i put the card in another camera it says the
card is damaged. any ideas?
