Sounds like a bad partition being found that udev can't make sense of.   Try deleting/clearing/fixing that partition?  Do "ls -lah /dev/disk/by-uuid/" and see what device that is linking to, and see why it's broken in fstab or udev.

Then in parenthesis there is a timer like this (1min 9s / 1min 30s) The number before the slash counts up to 1min 30s then the system continues booting like it should.

Any idea what this is or how to fix it?
