If I am understanding your question correctly, you can use pihole to resolve ips to your local domain names like you can with linux hosts file, but I don't believe there is a way to include port numbers with DNS resolution.

For example if Pi-Hole is at http://192.168.1.160/admin can i create something that has that full URL? The Linux hosts file limits me to the IP address and I'm looking for a way to have anything that comes after the IP such as port numbers and such.
