StarOffice6.0 uninstall

Good Morning, I have been using StarOffice6.0 beta and would like to
deinstall it and install OpenOffice1.0. I have only uninstalled RPM pckages
and have no idea how to proceed with uninstall of StarOffice .

Any ideas?
