Caldera OpenLinux 2.4 vs Redhat

Greeting,

Awhile back I installed RH6.0 on my Gateway PII 350, I partitioned the 10
gig HD to two 5 gig (+-) drives and setup LILO for dual boot. Well RH is a
good product and I have learned a fair amount, but its time for a change.

I would like to install Caldera 2.4 over RH, my question is; Can I do just
that, install Caldera over RH, or do I need to remove RH before installing
the new OS, and should that be the case how do I remove RH?
