Evil, stinky fonts under Netscape

Anyone have a solution to the tiny, unreadable fonts that frequently
show up when using Netscape (4.73)?
It really bugs me to have to run NS under some flavor of Windows to be
able to read certain sites. I've got the 75dpi and 100dpi fonts
installed. I don't know what the offensive fonts are but they're
unreadable even if you change resolution.
