procmail.rc and mandrake 8

ok, I've got enough users here to make this worthwhile.
I'd like to get postfix/procmail to start handling in and outbound
e-mails
to/from my host. however, the information I have been able to find
is very vague on how to setup a proper procmail.rc file. I would like to
get this
working quickly.

anyone have any suggestions?
