forgot to include parking info earlier. Sorry.

Behind the big movie theater on Mill, north of University, is a parking
garage. During that time of day parking is free.

There's also surface parking in there. This is all north of University, west
of Mill.

>From that parking area, cross University to the south side and Sahara's
right there.
