linux-firewall-tolls.com down?

I've noticed this and cannot find the trouble why (save that traceroute deadends 2 hops before this site as unreachable). the linux firewall design tool site appears to be hung. you can http to it and it just sits there presenting a blank page and no response. anyone happen to have the e-mail of the author of that site so I can e-mail him and let him know fo the problem?
