October Meetings

Am 06. Oct, 2001 schwätzte William Lindley so:

That was something we were doing when the Linux Stammtisch first started.
It didn't get used too much. It might've been the environment as well as the
fact that the Stammtisch is by design a free-for-all :).

Beginners' meetings could also be another great place for installfests.
