new Emacs

Has anyone gotten a chance to download the latest version? The mirrors don't
seem to have it and ftp.gnu.org is clogged up good. I even tried getting it
via savannah(through cvs) but had no luck, though methinks that's because I
don't know how to use cvs :). Nevertheless, anyone have a copy I can nab? And
does XEmacs have plans to incorporate it into their version?
