dbf2mysql info please

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with the contributed program that converts
.dbf ( Fox Pro etc etc ) Database Files to Mysql tables?

if so could u please give an example of complete syntax for this program.

The readme is a little ambiguous to say the least.
