Good Linux Audio Card

I do remember the thread on good Linux Audio card on PLUG at least couple of times this year. But then I wasn't interested. So could you please suggest me good(cheap) linux Audio card this time.

Is there any search functionality available with PLUG archives on-line/off-line?
