vncserver

This is just a quick question: How do I tell vncserver
which window manager to use? I've tried editing the
following files with no luck:
/etc/vnc.conf
~/.vnc/xstartup
~/.vncrc

I have done it before, but now that I need to do it
again, I cannot figure it out. Anyone know where I
need to tell it?
