Jul23 West Side Topic?

I haven't seen an announcement of this week's topic
and presenter. I have only scanned subject lines,
and have not gotten around to reading all of the
messages, so I might have missed something buried
inside a message.

Please advise. Currently the web page just
says TBD, and I'd like to offer something better.
Also please remember to give me the (full) name of
the presenter if any.
