fluxbox keygrabber

I am trying to get the keygrabber in fluxbox to have my left windows key go down a workspace and my right windows key to go up a workspace. I dont know how to find out which keymod it is, or set it. I think its set to nothing right now. Any fluxbox guru's who9 can help?
