Bluefish or Quanta+, which do you prefer and why?

Bluefish or Quanta+, which do you prefer and why?

I'm not asking this question out of frivolous curiosity, I need to start a
website dev project and I'd like to comfortibly choose one or the other for
my initial efforts. My level of experience?... beginner I suppose.
