Newbie asks about HTTP Header

Yes, as a matter of fact I *have* searched Google on "HTTP Header." May
I ask my question now? :-)

Just wondering why so many mesages are followed by full HTTP Header
info. Is it useful to readers of the message? It just seems like more
text to plow through, to me.

Should I turn on full HTTP Headers in my postings too?
