InstallFest, Apt Cache and Squid Proxy

Austin,

Is this something you could bring to the InstallFest such that we could =
use
it (network) if for some reason we do not have an internet connection?

Maintains a mirror of what? I mirror debian stable testing and =
unstable ...

with no sources.
