Cheap Linux-friendly dial-up

Hi, all-

A friend of mine wants to make the jump from Windows to Linux. He
currently uses NetZero for his dialup. NetZero is apparently not
linux-friendly. Can any of you recommend a dial-up ISP that is
Linux-friendly and reasonably (like $15 per month or less) priced?
