To Linux (something) or to MS (front page)

I need something like MS Front Page (I think) to create web pages (html).

I can buy Front Page and stay in my comfort zone or I can get something that
runs under Linux and stretch my comfort zone. I am hoping to stretch the
zone.

Any recommendations?

Might be a good demo for the InstallFest!
