Linux Skills

I am looking to create a list of people with Linux Skills such as:

Routers
Firewalls (iptables etc.)
DNS Servers
DHCP servers
LTSP
System Admin
Whatever ...

on which distros i.e.:

Debian
Red Hat
Slackware
SuSE
and so forth ...

This is a long term project and will hopefully result in billable hours.
