Peoria Schools can't afford to replace stolen computers

It builds up the expectation that we'll help. Better to have volunteers tha=

don't get anything to do than to have them expect us to help and not have
a volunteer team to handle it.

Our helping isn't a guarantee of success, but we have to be able to
guarantee that we'll try :).
